Lead organizations: Sea Kayaking Association of BC and BC Marine Trails.

The Sea Kayaking Association of BC and BC Marine Trails, in conjunction with BC Parks (South Coast Region), will host a conservation and park enhancement event in Simpson Provincial Park.

Volunteers will be checking walking trail routes, from Farm Bay to Beaver Pond, by following the stream and clearing the trail’s corridor of overgrown vegetation (brushing), removing some blowdowns (bucking), and adding temporary signage to the trails. There will be a beach clean-up at numerous beaches.
