Revenue Diversification for Non-Profits: What's Possible?

Overview

Join this 1-hour virtual workshop to learn how to build a mix of revenue to support your mission.

The secret to securing more sustainable funding for non-profit outdoor clubs is not just signing up more members or perfecting the art of grant writing. It’s diversifying your revenue stream.

This is Thriving Non-Profits’ expertise. Farah Nazarali, the Program Facilitator for Thriving Non-Profits, will join the ORCBC to lead a dynamic, one-hour virtual workshop exploring the shifting funding landscape and why traditional approaches alone are no longer enough to sustain and grow impact. Thriving Non-Profits is a hub for online courses and coaching devoted to helping non-profits and charities diversify their revenues.

In our one-hour webinar, Farah will introduce the Thriving Non-Profits approach to revenue diversification, including how a combination of culture change, traditional fundraising strategies, and earned revenue can unlock new possibilities for your organization. She will cover:

  • the nine types of revenue available to non-profits,

  • how to think more entrepreneurially about funding,

  • and what it takes to build a more resilient and sustainable financial model.

Whether you're just starting to consider new revenue options or looking to strengthen your current approach, this session will help you rethink what’s possible and identify practical next steps for your organization.

This session contains a 45-minute learning presentation and a 15-minute Q&A, offering participants the opportunity to ask questions and share ideas!
