Celebrate BC Rivers Day at Cottonwood Island Park
River stories, crafts, and games with Mousewood Forest & Nature School**
**Sunday, Sept 28, 2–4 pm**
At Cottonwood Island Park:
The Shelter by Replica Bridge- the wooden walking bridge by the main parking lot.
Bring your family for a fishy adventure full of stories, eco-friendly crafts, and playful games.
Children ages 0–8 (and their grown-ups!) are invited to explore, create, and celebrate the rivers that shape our home.
Come to the park where the rivers and PG families meet, and enjoy an afternoon outdoors together.
Rain or shine.
Feel free to bring a fall picnic and your own blanket for the lawn if you’d like to relax and have a snack.
What to Expect
