You are invited to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Outdoor Recreation Council of BC:

  • Approval of the minutes of the 2026 AGM

  • Reports from the Chair, Executive Director, and Treasurer

  • Presentation of the 2025-26 financial statements

  • Election of Directors

All members in good standing (with 2026–27 membership fees paid) are encouraged to attend and participate. If you are unable to attend, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your organization’s behalf or submit an absentee ballot.

Additional information, including the full agenda and absentee ballot, will be shared in advance and made available online.

This is also an opportunity to confirm that we have up-to-date information for your organization’s designated representative (primary contact and voting representative). If there have been any changes, please contact us directly.
