By including ORCBC in your long-term giving plans, you’re helping to protect trail networks, strengthen stewardship initiatives, empower volunteers, and ensure recreational access for generations to come.

You also have the option to direct your gift to the Outdoor Recreation Fund of BC, which supports community-led recreation and stewardship projects across the province. This is a powerful way to ensure your legacy supports hands-on initiatives in the places you love.

Two of the most common ways to make a planned gift:

Bequests

This involves naming Outdoor Recreation Council of British Columbia in your will or trust. You can:

• Leave a specific dollar amount or asset

• Designate a percentage of your estate

• Leave the remainder of your estate after caring for loved ones

• Set a contingent bequest that activates only under specific conditions

Beneficiary Designations

You can name ORCBC or the Outdoor Recreation Fund of BC as a beneficiary of your:
