Rock On Collective Climbing Association to offer a rock climbing mentorship program that cultivates a sense of safety, belonging, respect, and mutual support for equity-deserving climbers. Through peer-to-peer learning, social events, and guided courses, the program fosters skills development, land stewardship, confidence, and community building among all participants.
