Nicola Valley ATV Club to create a parking and staging area as a formal trailhead for motorized and non-motorized backcountry users to the Stumbles Forest Service Road Recreation Trail System that connects Gordon Lake, Tyner Lake and Abbott Lake Forestry Recreation Sites.
