This immersive, full-day experience will take you along the Vancouver section of our signature The City and Shoreline Trail. Together, we’ll explore 15 kilometers of Vancouver’s most iconic and soul-stirring spaces, beginning with a grounding ritual near Science World. From there, we’ll wander through False Creek, pause to soak up the energy of Granville Island, reflect in the wide-open beauty of Vanier Park, and move mindfully along the shores of English Bay. The journey continues around the Stanley Park Seawall, where we’ll step into forest trails, explore Indigenous history and local ecology. Along the way, we'll practice breathwork and journaling to further ground us into the experience. Led by a compassionate guide, this tour is designed for curious souls and conscious travelers looking to slow down, reconnect, and walk with intention.

Come as you are—no experience needed, just a willingness to explore.

Before you join us on this meaningful day of connection and exploration, here’s everything you need to know:

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate walking shoes – We’ll be covering approximately 15 km, so proper footwear is essential.

Pack smart – Bring a small backpack with water, snacks, and a light lunch. There will be plenty of beautiful spots to pause and refuel.

Protect yourself from the elements – Please wear or bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. Layers are also recommended as weather can shift.

Receive a gift – All participants will receive a small token of appreciation from The PlaidPath.

Support the journey – While the walk is free (False Creek Ferry not included), gratuities for your guide and a thoughtful review of your experience with The PlaidPath are greatly appreciated.

Wear your plaid with pride – As a nod to The PlaidPath, we encourage all participants to wear plaid in any form—shirts, scarves, hats, or bandanas!

Media release – By attending, participants consent to potentially being featured in photos or videos shared through The PlaidPath’s platforms and media channels.

We’re so excited to walk this path with you—thank you for being part of the journey!
