The Fernie Trails Alliance, East Kootenay Invasive Species Council, and Coal Creek Heritage Society will be working together to do several invasive species weed pulls throughout our trail network. We will divide into groups and have the East Kootenay Invasive Species Summer Coordinator come and educate, and teach us to get rid of invasive weeds.

Get to know the basics of invasive species in the area and get your hands dirty pulling some invasive plants around Mount Fernie and the Trans Canada Trail! Refreshments supplied.
